ABOUT US

Our Story
Our journey to becoming mindset coaches didn’t begin with a perfect plan or a clear roadmap; it started in the midst of ordinary life. We were juggling family, faith, and the never-ending to-do list, all while silently wondering why certain struggles kept resurfacing. It wasn’t dramatic or loud; just this gentle ache that something inside wasn’t quite aligned.
We began to notice how much our thoughts shaped not just our moods, but our choices, our relationships, and the way we showed up in the world. Thoughts like “I have to do it all,” or “I’m not doing enough,” and all the "What ifs", that habitual self talk ran like background noise, subconsciously influencing our days. And we started to ask ourselves, "Are our thoughts actually true?"
It was a slow and often humbling process; learning to pause, to be curious instead of critical, to reflect instead of react, to offer grace instead of judgment. As we began to challenge those old patterns with honesty and compassion, we experienced something we hadn’t expected. We enrolled in Metanoia Catholic Academy to learn skills; what we hadn't anticipated was how deeply the process would begin to change us. Not the kind of change that wipes the slate clean overnight, but the kind that gently reorients your mind and heart, day by day. There were setbacks, of course, and plenty of moments of resistance; but there was also grace, growth, and new awareness.
That ongoing transformation stirred something deep in us: a desire to confidentially walk with others through their own interior work. We know what it’s like to feel stuck, to crave more clarity, to wonder if change is really possible. And we also know the joy of discovering that it is.
Our formation and training through MCA gave us language and tools to support others in this journey; tools rooted in truth, reason, and the richness of our Catholic worldview. Coaching has become more than just a skill for us; it’s become a way of accompanying others with compassion, and clarity, helping them discover the unique design and purpose God placed within them.
We believe in “METANOIA MOMENTS” - those sacred shifts when something deep inside finally clicks, and you begin to live from a place of greater freedom. It’s our honor to walk with others as they uncover those moments in their own story.
Six Pillars

Holding Space
We believe in holding a safe and welcoming space for you by being fully present—mind, body and heart—offering support and empathy without judgment. Whether you're celebrating achievements or facing challenges, our steadfast support remains.

Built on Faith
We hold a deep belief that our faith in Christ is at the heart of our mindset coaching practice. It beautifully influences our approach, shaping the way we connect with our clients and supporting them on their journey toward growth and transformation. Whether or not you share this faith, we invite you to explore this approach as a pathway to your personal development.

Active Listening
We believe in active listening which means being fully attentive and focused on understanding your perspective and experiences. This practice builds trust and nurtures a supportive space for real and honest conversation.

Think Outside the Box
We believe that meaningful change is possible when we are open to exploring new perspectives and reframing our experiences. By considering alternative ways of looking at things, we can uncover fresh insights, break free from limiting mindsets, and move closer to the growth and fulfillment we seek.

Locus of Control
We believe that true change happens when we take responsibility for our own thoughts, emotions, and actions, recognizing that the only person we can control is ourselves. By taking ownership, we can unlock the potential for real and lasting transformation.

Raise the Bar
We believe that accountability is a powerful tool that encourages us to push beyond our limits, fostering growth and resilience. It invites us to challenge our long-held beliefs and habits, allowing us to pursue a life that more authentically reflects Christ to those around us. As we grow in self-awareness, we gain clarity to make better choices—knowing that when we know better, we do better.
